EIL Perfumes — Shipping Policy

We believe the experience of receiving your fragrance should feel as premium as wearing it. Every EIL order is carefully packed in elegant packaging and shipped with care.

Delivery Across India

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India — all major cities, towns, and most pin codes are serviceable.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order to arrange an alternative delivery method or issue a full refund.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number via email
• A WhatsApp message with the tracking link

You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link or contacting us on WhatsApp.

Shipping Packaging

Every EIL fragrance is shipped in:

• A sealed perfume box
• Wrapped in protective bubble packaging
• Placed inside a sturdy outer shipping box

We ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Extreme weather conditions
• Remote delivery locations
• Courier partner operational delays

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
